POLICY
A deposit is required to book an appointment and is applied to the service. This is to ensure you are serious about your time and mine. On the day of the appointment, the deposit will be applied to your total cost. Deposits are non-refundable.
If you no call/no show your appointment, you will lose your appointment and will need to rebook as a new appointment. If you have to reschedule, please call at least 72 hours ahead of time and your deposit will be transferable. If you reschedule more than three times, you will lose your deposit and will need to book a new appointment. I understand that sometimes life just happens. If there was an unexpected event, please let me know asap. There is 15 min grace period. Please take into account traffic and parking. If you are running behind, please call. This will affect your appointment and others behind.
If you have any existing scar or birthmark around the brows, please email/text me a clear picture before you book your appointment.
If you have previous work done elsewhere, please email/text me a clear picture before you book your appointment.
Everyones skin and lifestyle is different therefore the healed results will differ. There is absolutely no guarantee. Once a client leaves my chair, I have no control over the healing process and lifestyle. If additional sessions are needed to achieve optimal results, there will be a charge. If you have oily skin, you may need a third appointment.
